Riverlodge Motel - Nelson

We felt very welcome here and couldn't recommend more the place. Our room was reasonably large and neat, equipped with good facilities, bathroom.

I've stayed here before and would definitely come back; the rooms are well-maintained, the staff is welcoming, and the restaurant is fabulous.

The location was comfortable and peaceful, really close to the hill behind the motel, the Centre of NZ, and commercial area/eateries, and the view was beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave in the room.

I had well laid out and extremely pleasant room for a bedside table. Its location so close to walk into the beautiful town where there is a plenty of restaurants would definitely recommend was great and incredible.

The room I booked was brand-new and a nice size. It had a bathroom and the essentials like drinks and a bedside table. - I appreciated having a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator in the room. - the location was convenient and close to both the city center and the Centre in Nelson.

The location close to Trafalgar Park was peaceful, and the brand-new apartment had a comfortable bed and a bedside table.

We had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located motel. The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were attentive. We were really surprised to find bicycles available for use upon request. Despite a minor issue with a light bulb and some noise from neighboring rooms, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend this motel to others.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Riverlodge Motel. The location was perfect, great to easily explore the nearby CBD and walking trails. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The milk served in glass bottles and the proper ground coffee in a glass jar were thoughtful touches, made our stay even better. The friendly staff were always helpful and made us feel welcome. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as noise from traffic and other guests, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend Riverlodge Motel to others looking for a convenient and value-for-money accommodation option.

This place has a great location near Nelson Baptist Church and the staff were welcoming and incredible when needed.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, good service, nice manager/owner, free upgrade to a spacious room with spa bath and well-equipped kitchen, great location for walking and shopping.

This hotel's location is its best asset. We were able to easily walk to the city center and enjoy the beautiful river. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the hotel facilities we needed for our stay. The staff were helpful and cute, making us feel right at home.
